Happy 5th Anniversary to Us!

Last weekend, Kris and I went to Niagara Falls to celebrate our fifth anniversary! We eloped to Niagara Falls on April 7, 2001 & hadn't been back since. It was a blast, and although we couldn't find the same hotel that we had stayed at, we were able to re-visit the butterfly conservatory and RED LOBSTER! It was sooo good! We also checked out the falls (of course), and had a tour of the Jackson Triggs Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, which is about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. It was really interesting, and it was our first time ever seeing real grape vines growing in a field... It only cost $5/each for the tour and then the money is redeemable towards purchasing wine afterwards. BONUS! We also went to Ikea (that's where the pictures of us drinking coffee are at.. wow, they have a nice cafe!) and M.E.C. in Toronto, and then spent our last night at my brother, Tim, and his girlfriend, Andrea's apartment in Port Credit. It was a splendid weekend getaway, and here are some pictures for you to enjoy!
